Brooks Mews Wine House is the newest addition to the Mayfair’s wine scene.

​

Located behind Claridge's Hotel in a quaint cobbled street that is being carefully “curated” with new food and drink concepts, Brooks is an understated shop and bar that puts the wine centre stage.

 

Converted from an old carriage workshop in a Mews over two floors with huge picture windows. The ground floor has huge wine wall referencing a broad list of nearly 120 wines from around the world. Wine maps show the main growing regions floor that bring attention to the rich history and variety of wines on offer. The upstairs mezzanine is a colourful lounge to sit back and unwind whilst enjoying the fine wine selection. The walls are covered in exuberant prints of flora and fauna with sumptuous banquettes to sink into a relax.

 

Perfect for every occasion, after work drinks, friends meeting, celebrate or just to spend a precious moment with your other half. 

 

The luxurious mezzanine area can be booked for parties and private functions for up to 50 guests.

 

At Brooks’s quality is the only word and our friendly staff are on hand to help decide what to choose in an accessible way.

 

The list has a broad selection of well known Bordeaux and Burgundies by was of some surprising new comers.

The “new world” is also well represented. There are dozens of wine by the glass starting at only £6.50.

One can drink in by the glass or also take away.

 

There is a great selection of wine gifts including wine classes and decanters that are hand blown from Sydonios.

 

The wine is complemented by serving sharing platters of predominantly artisanal French and Italian cheese and charcuterie with special season dishes like the ‘Burratina’, a small burrata cheese served with seasoned tomatoes on toasted bread. At lunchtime you will find freshly-made paninis.

 

We also intend to host tastings and wine classes for those who wish to take the WSET courses.
